Ethics Channel
CATEM, S.A. is an entity firmly committed to regulatory compliance, best practices, transparency, equality, sustainability, and efficiency, both in its relationships with internal personnel and with third parties.
In order to uphold these principles, an Ethics Channel has been implemented, which may be used by any individual.
The Ethics Channel allows communications to be carried out in a secure, confidential, and anonymous manner through a digital platform, enabling the whistleblower to remain in contact with the organization while preserving their identity.
To this end, a procedure has been established, along with a Committee responsible for managing the Channel.
The information provided through the Ethics Channel will be used solely for the purpose of analyzing, detecting, reporting, and, if necessary, preventing potentially unlawful conduct.
The Ethics Channel is managed by an external entity, thereby ensuring maximum confidentiality, independence, effectiveness, and objectivity in handling the communications received.
