Founded in 1987 in Manlleu, we began manufacturing high-density cardboard packaging with special properties including high resistance, stackability, moisture protection, and shock resistance. Combined with lightweight design, our packaging solutions optimize logistics costs across various industries including Consumer Goods, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, and more.
Environmental Commitment and Certifications
At Catem, we have always been committed to improving various aspects of our company to contribute to environmental conservation. We achieve this by minimizing energy consumption in the production process, carefully selecting materials for packaging manufacturing, and promoting the use of biodegradable packaging materials such as honeycomb panels made from 100% recycled paper.
Furthermore, we are certified to perform Phytosanitary Treatment according to ISPM15 (NIMF 15) regulations, as granted by the Ministry of Agriculture. This certification ensures that our packaging destined for export meets international standards. Additionally, we have large-capacity drying chambers to further enhance our capabilities.
